PROCESSING TIME

It will usually take us a few hours to process your order.

1-2 days on weekends, holidays and peak periods.

DISPATCH

We will dispatch orders from our store to the Courier Agents before 12pm daily. So it’s best to place your orders and make payments before mid-day to receive your order next day.

Requires your detailed address, email and an active phone number. This option guarantees you a next day delivery if ordered before 12 mid-day.

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ( COURIER AGENT: DHL INTERNATIONAL)

Requires your detailed address, email and an active phone number. This option guarantees you a next day delivery if ordered before 12 mid-day.

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ( COURIER AGENT: DHL INTERNATIONAL)

Requires your detailed address and other necessary details plus an active phone number.

3. PICK UP AT THE STORE

This service is only available for residents of Ibadan. If you are not a resident of Ibadan but have someone to pick up for you within one a few days, you can also select this option. You however have to ensure that your package is retrieved within a week. Please see store address below:

4. PICK UP AT THE PARK

For cities where we are unable to provide doorstep delivery, we will liase with the customer and arrange for delivery via the park. This option will also be considered for last minute orders during rush hours such as Eid depending on the availability of the customer.
