How many days would it take for my parcel to arrive?
For most deliveries, it will take between 1-7 days depending on the location. There may be delays during peak season e.g. Festive season etc. Only orders that are placed before 3pm everyday will be processed on that day.
Where is your physical store located?
We do not have a physical store yet, stay tuned to our social media pages for any updates on store opening anywhere.
Where are you operating from?
We currently operate from Ibadan, Oyo state in south-west, Nigeria.
Do I need to use pins on my instant hijabs?
Yes and No. This will depend on how small your head is(or what hairstyles you keep). We usually leave a few inches for allowance. Should it be quite big for you, you may need to adjust with a tiny lock brooche under the chin.
I do not know how this hijab is worn, can I get a tutorial?
Yes, you can, simply watch our videos on instagram or like, and subscribe to our YouTube channel here…..Still don’t get it?, send an email to us at Hijabsbyaesha@gmail.com. We’ll mail you the link to the specific video.
Do you make Bridal hijabs too?
Yes, we do. However, Only Bridal hijab orders will now be taken via our whatsapp service line as we need to tailor them to your exact specifications . Can’t get us on whatsapp? Please email us at Hijabsbyaesha@gmail.com
Do you restock items?
Some items are restockable. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it on our Social media pages(instagram, facebook, twitter, so it’s good to check frequently.
Can you let me know when an item has been restocked?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do so. Sorry! We usually announce restocked items on our social media pages, so it’s a good idea for you to check regularly. If you subscribe to our mailing list, you might also get notifications of new arrivals and restocks.
Can I pay on delivery?
Only orders with payments at the checkout are valid and will be processed for delivery.
We truly apologize as this option will only be available for residents of Ibadan, Oyo state as the pick-up time frame is within three(3) days after which it will be retrieved from the location if not claimed and scheduled for a delivery which you have to pay for.
We have a programme in my school or work place for young muslim women, Can we make a bulk order?
Yes, you can!… Please send an email to Hijabsbyaesha@gmail.com. Be sure to send in your email weeks before as we’ll need some time to process your order
Can I pay through a direct bank transfer?
Yes, you can. All you need is to mail us the receipt from the bank.
Do you ship to places outside Nigeria?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs differ according to location and the weight of the item.
What should I do if the hijab I purchased has a defect?
If the hijab has any defects, you can send an email to email@example.com. We will only consider complaints on defective hijabs that are unwashed and unworn and in the exact condition when purchased and has a tag attached and will send you an email containing our compensation form within seven(7) days
I am not able to make a payment through Paypal/ Credit Card/ Online Transfer?
We will check and troubleshoot the system and we will inform you as soon as the system is ok and the issue is resolved. If it still doesn’t work, you can make a bank deposit and mail us the receipt.
If items on the website are out of stock, is there an estimated time for the next restock and where can I check this?
We do not have an estimated time for the restock, but you can check our website for daily updates. We will announce which collection will be restocked on our Instagram acc : hijabs_by_aesha
I have not received my item. What should I do?
Let us know and we will check the delivery status and speed up the shipping process for you. After we have checked your tracking no, we will send you this update: YOUR ITEM IS NOW AT THIS LOCATION…AND IT IS BEING PROCESSED FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS
An item added to my shopping bag was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?
The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed at checkout. If an item is on popular demand, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you’ve reached checkout.
I received my order, but one of them is missing. What do I do?

Why was my order cancelled?
Orders are automatically cancelled in most cases if we do not receive payments from you via PayPal, online transfer or debit card or if no payment is made within 24 hours for direct bank-in. However if the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort it out right away!
